They are due to an erratic form of combustion that occurs because the fuel is subjected to either too much pressure or heat. Decreases Phase Separation from water contamination in fuel.
Phase separation begins when water is added to fuel through condensation and other means. In diesel fuel, most water remains suspended in the solution presenting no problems. However, when bio- diesel is blended with diesel fuel, suspended water and alcohol bond together then settle to the bottom of the fuel tank. During phase separation, the fuels remaining above the water will lose valuable cetane points. When fuel is diluted below proper levels required for proper combustion, it causes disastrous effects on internal engines components. Through years of testing, our chemists have proven consistently that using DieselFusion will reduce dangerous emissions such as Lead (Pb), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Oxide (N0x), Sulfur Oxide (S0x), Sulfur Dioxide (S02), Sulfur Trioxide (S03), Unburned Hydrocarbons (HC), Sulfur (S), and particulate matter or soot (PM). DieselFusion’s unique formulas also bond with dangerous Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) compounds, the leading cause of Acid Rain, and chemically alters it into Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4), which is a neutral compound (Mg0 + H2S04 → MgS04 +H20).

DieselFusion has also been extensively tested to be safe with turbo and non-turbo charged diesel engines.
Due to the low dosage required, the active ingredients in DieselFusion has been certified by Southwest Research Institute (SWRI) to not change vital fuel specifications or critical properties to diesel fuels when used as directed as defined in ASTM D975, D2880 and Def Stan 90-91 when used as directed.
